Bachelorhouse Beer Holder

We have developed the Bachelor Beer Holder so that you no longer have to choose whether you are going to mow the lawn or just hang out drinking beer. Now you can do both! Who would have guessed that we have a 3 beer yard. Below are instructions on how to build the beer holder along with other operating instructions. And always remember... Mow Responsibility!

Below are some warnings, problems and mistakes that we have encountered during development:

  • Make sure that the Beer Holder is positioned in the middle of the lawnmower's handle. If you position it on either side the you won't have a place to put your hands while mowing the lawn.
  • Open the beer BEFORE you place the can or bottle in the Beer Holder. The motion of the lawnmower causes a closed beer to foam too much.
  • Take one big swig from the beer once you open it. Too much beer will shake out of the can or bottle if it is full. Spilling beer needlessly is alcohol abuse and probably won't be tolerated by your neighbors.
  • Don't tape the catch cup too securely to the lawnmower or you'll spill it trying to get it unfastened.
  • You should put a beer can in the cup while you are installing the Beer Holder to insure that you don't crush the cup when you wrap tape around it and that a beer will fit in the holder when you are finished.

Assembly Instructions:

Step 1.
Position the lawnmower as so.

Step 2.
Wrap the duck tape once around the handle near the middle.

Step 3.
Wrap the tape around the cup. You should place a beer can in the cup to be sure that you don't crush the cup too much by the tape. Wrap the tape fairly loosely as to not crush the cup.

Step 4.
Wrap the tape once around the lawnmower handle.

Step 5.
Pull the tape to wrap the tape around the bottom of the cup for support.

Step 6.
Wrap the tape so that the tape is supporting the weight of the cup, but be sure not to wrap it too tight. It should be fairly loose.

Step 7.
Wrap the tape once again around the lawnmower handle.

Step 8.
Once again wrap the bottom of the cup with the tape for support.

Step 9.
Cross the tape over again to attach it to the other side.

Step 10.
And once again wrap the tape around the lawnmower handle.

Step 11.
Repeat Steps 5 through 10 once again.

Step 12.
Drill a hole in the bottom of the cup for the overflown of the can or bottle to flow down through.

Step 13.
The Catch Cup is used to catch the beer that overflows from the can or bottle due to the motion of the lawnmower.

Step 14.
Place the Catch Cup under the first cup.

Step 15.
Take one piece of tape and start from the lawnmower handle.

Step 16.
Run the tape under the Catch Cup to hold it under the first cup.

Step 17.
Pull the tape to hold the cup in place.

Step 18.
Fasten the Catch Cup under the first cup. Only use one piece of tape so that the Catch Cup is easy to remove.

Step 19.
Your Bachelorhouse Beer Holder is completed and ready to use!

Drinking Instructions for the Catch Cup:

Step 1.
Carefully unfasten the close end of the piece of tape holding the Catch Cup in place.

Step 2.
Gently unfasten the other side of tape as not to spill any of the beer inside of the Catch Cup.

Step 3.
Your beer in the Catch Cup is now ready to drink!

Washing Instructions:

Step 1.
Turn on your garden hose.

Step 2.
Apply the water from the hose to the first cup attached to the lawnmower.

Step 3.
Next, throughly rinse the beer from the Catch Cup with the hose.
